Refund Policy

1) Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Flyr mobile application and website (the "Platform") operated by Gyankaar Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

2) Subscription Refunds

2.1 Subscription Plans

Flyr offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features and credits for AI image processing. All subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds for subscription fees may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the service within 48 hours of purchase
  • Unauthorized charges on your payment method
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service failure or unavailability for an extended period

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Partial use of subscription credits or features
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (quality of output)
  • Change of mind after subscription activation
  • Failure to cancel subscription before renewal date
  • Account termination due to violation of Terms and Conditions

3) Free Trial Period

If we offer a free trial period for subscription plans, you may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. Once the trial period ends and the subscription begins, our standard refund policy applies.

4) Cancellation of Subscription

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Flyr mobile application or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4.2 Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

5) Credit Purchases

5.1 One-Time Credit Purchases

Credits purchased as one-time transactions (not as part of a subscription) are non-refundable once they have been added to your account.

5.2 Unused Credits

Unused credits do not expire and remain in your account. However, if you close your account, any remaining credits will be forfeited without refund.

6) Refund Request Process

6.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us your concerns at contact@flyrapp.in. We will address all your concerns at the earliest and refund to your source account if your case is found valid.

6.2 Required Information

When requesting a refund, please provide the following information:

  • Your registered phone number or email address
  • Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • Date of purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue or reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

6.3 Review Period

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

7) Refund Processing

7.1 Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

7.2 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as:

  • Duration of service usage
  • Nature and severity of the issue
  • Credits or features already consumed

7.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not provide refunds in the form of cash, bank transfers to different accounts, or alternative payment methods unless explicitly agreed upon.

8) Payment Gateway Refunds

For payments made through third-party payment gateways (such as PhonePe), refunds are subject to the terms and processing times of those payment providers. We will initiate the refund from our end, but the final processing time may depend on the payment gateway and your bank.

9) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.

10) Service Interruptions

In the event of prolonged service interruptions or outages that significantly impact your ability to use the service, we may provide:

  • Extension of subscription period
  • Additional credits
  • Partial or full refund, depending on the severity and duration of the outage

Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service dependencies are not eligible for refunds.

11) Pricing Changes

If we change our subscription pricing, the new pricing will apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the effective date. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance and can choose to cancel before the new pricing takes effect. No refunds will be provided for pricing changes.

12) Taxes and Fees

All prices displayed include applicable taxes and fees. Refunds, if approved, will include the taxes paid. However, any transaction fees charged by payment processors may not be refundable.

13) Promotional Offers and Discounts

Subscriptions purchased using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers are subject to the same refund policy. However, refunds will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.

14) Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

15) Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any such exceptions do not waive our rights under this policy for future transactions.
